The Kalina complex is located in Pomos, a stunning area near the Akamas peninsula, combining mountain and sea. Close to the village is the church of Agios Rafael Pachyammos, the ancient monastery of Panagia Chrysopateirotissa, the water dam of Pomos. From Pomos begins a path of nature. In the village there are a supermarket, a natural history museum, beautiful beaches, cafes, a harbor (fishing retreat), restaurants.

The Kalina complex consists of 12 houses built on a hill, 200 meters from the sea. Each house is independent with its garden and parking place for two cars. From each balcony the view of the sea in one direction and the view of the mountain in the other direction unfolds in front of the visitor's eyes. The houses are spacious, two-storeyed. Downstairs there is a kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and kitchen utensils. On the upper floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with shower in the main room and bathroom for the other two.
The complex has a swimming pool. The swimming pool and the gardens maintenance, as well as the cleanliness of the complex is taken care by permanent staff of two people.
